1. Improved reservation status update process for "No show"

We've refined the process for updating a reservation's status to "No Show." Now, when you make this change, a modal will appear, giving you the option to set the cancellation policy to “free” or apply the cancellation fee. This enhancement streamlines the handling of no-show reservations and offers more flexibility in managing booking statuses.

Additionally, guests will receive a detailed notification email titled "You missed your reservation," providing them with important information and helping maintain transparent communication.

2. Visual enhancements for Invoice Correction

We've made visual enhancements for corrected invoices to provide clearer information. Now, the notation “Correction for invoice N” is prominently displayed beneath the invoice number.

Additionally, for cancellation invoices generated through corrections on the Accounting page, the label “Cancelled for invoice N” is presented. These improvements contribute to a more intuitive tracking and management of invoice modifications.

3. Refined "Meals List" report

Managing meals for your guests is now more straightforward. The "Meals List" report has been enhanced to include detailed names of meals, facilitating easier identification and management of meal options.

4. Living guests management for closed bookings

For Hotel Admins with the Reservation Management hotel package, we've updated the booking card to allow more actions on living guests. This functionality extends to bookings in statuses “Checked Out”, “No Show”, and “Cancelled”, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in guest management.

5. Optimized load for a Booking modification modal

Editing bookings that span over 1 year is now a breeze! We've optimized the booking modification modal load in the system, resulting in a significantly faster and more responsive editing process.

6. Enhanced user experience for limited deals

Now, when creating limited deals, a clear message will be displayed if the quota of the selected deal is 0, ensuring a smooth and error-free booking experience.

7. Display of additional data from channels in the Reservation Card

Enhancing transparency, a new "Channel data" button in the Accommodation section allows you to access additional data from channels. This feature is applicable only for reservations that came from the Channel Manager, providing valuable insights into reservation details.

8. Minor fixes and visual improvements:

  • ● Layout adjustments: Minor layout issues within the Automation module have been addressed, ensuring a more streamlined user experience.
  • ● Language corrections: Adjustments have been made to certain German translations in the Guests list for clarity and accuracy.
  • ● Cancellation & Prepayment Policy description: An issue with the description appearing when changing percentages in the Cancellation & Prepayment policy has been rectified.
  • ● Financial Report: Discrepancies in meals with different VAT in the Financial report have been resolved, ensuring accurate tax reporting.
  • ● Alerts for canceling a reservation where the invoice status is marked as paid have been corrected.
  • ● Fixed the payment method for online payments associated with cancellation invoices created during the correction action.
  • ● Addressed an issue affecting the display of deals in search results for bookings, enhancing search accuracy.
  • ● Corrected the saving of custom options when all checkboxes are disabled.
