Business & Data Analyst - remote / part time possible

Required skills:

— Advanced/Fluent English level both written and spoken is a must;

— In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (event tracking maintenance, BigQuery raw data analytics (SQL));

— Knowledge of CRM analytics;

— Experience in creating good-structured reporting documentation, diagrams and dashboards;

— Ability to classify and arrange data in the most convenient way;

— Strong analytical and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities:

— Collaboration with products and marketing teams and their support with data analyses;

— Help with research requests from multiple departments and generation of actionable insights;

— Creation and maintenance of Marketing, Sales, and Executive dashboards;

— CRM administration (Data health, automations, new processes alignment);

— Trial users onboarding monitoring & improvements.
