HotelFriend AG provides innovative solutions for all types of hotel businesses, with a focus on automating and optimizing in-house processes and providing an exceptional guest experience.
Support for the developed products is provided by an international team and is organized within HotelFriend Service GmbH, which has been located in the Leipzig city center since 2017. We are currently looking for a new employee to strengthen our German-speaking support team at this location.

What are your responsibilities as a Support Employee?
— You are an expert in our hotel software, get to know the target groups, and advise customers on our products and services;
— You support new customers during onboarding and independently conduct training sessions after the completion of the training;
— You take care of the wishes and problems of our existing customers and help digitize hotel processes on-site;
— You assist in maintaining our knowledge database and also create new articles and guides;
— If necessary, you support our sales team in product presentations at trade shows and with customers.

What should you, as the ideal candidate, bring?
—  A positive attitude and the right motivation to tackle challenging tasks;
—  Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of strategic thinking;
— A high degree of initiative, independence, and meticulous work;
— Interest in the IT industry and the necessary technical affinity;
— Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) at a high level.
